Pour-Over?

Water begins its journey cold and quiet, at the bottom of a kettle, patiently waiting to warm to the perfect temperature.

As soon as it’s ready, we pour. Slowly. Small circles, again and again, over freshly ground coffee in a soft paper filter.

This is a pour-over. It’s made by hand. It’s lovely.

As the water moves through the grounds, it pulls out every nuance hiding inside the beans. The sweetness, the brightness, the chocolate or fruity notes that make each blend special. Little by little, the flavors fall into the cup below.

These can be mixed with other flavors, sweeteners, and milks perfect for your taste buds. The process allows for unique customization to fit your coffee preferences.

It’ll take a little longer than a drive-through. It’s supposed to.
